About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Cinderella Bridal Boutique. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and maintained.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a bridal or fashion retail environment.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and styles.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
