Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled and knowledgeable Salesforce Solutions Specialist to become a part of our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will possess extensive expertise in Salesforce's Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Engagement Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
As a forward-thinking adopter of Salesforce Einstein AI tools, Algo is committed to collaborating closely with Salesforce to test and integrate new AI solutions for Service and beyond.
This position will play a vital role in sustaining and enhancing our Salesforce environment to align with our business goals.Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Management:
Conduct daily Salesforce management tasks, including user setup, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules.
Oversee Salesforce integrations with other operational systems.Ensure data quality, data migrations, and data upkeep are monitored and managed effectively.
Customization & Enhancement:
Tailor Salesforce to fulfill business needs, including generating reports, dashboards, workflows, and process automation.
Recognize and execute opportunities for process enhancements within Salesforce.
Support & Training:
Deliver user support and training to promote effective utilization of Salesforce.
Diagnose and resolve Salesforce-related issues promptly.
Einstein AI Implementation:
Work collaboratively with our team to utilize Einstein AI solutions within Salesforce to improve business insights and decision-making processes.
Stay informed about Salesforce Einstein AI features and best practices.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Salesforce Admin certification is mandatory; advanced certifications are advantageous.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Engagement Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI solutions is highly preferred.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capacity to troubleshoot intricate issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Capability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Wage:
$40-49/ hourly based on experience. This part-time role will necessitate on-site presence once a week.
