About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our South-West Ontario team and drive business growth in the region. As a key member of our Ontario Enterprise team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in the South-West Ontario region.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they have the necessary tools and support to meet their sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive sales experience, with 5 years of business sales team management experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive business growth.
