Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery and Pick-up Services: Deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand, ensuring timely and efficient service to our customers.
  • Vehicle Operations: Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products, adhering to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of items received and delivered, as well as vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any problems encountered during trips.
  • Pre-trip and Post-trip Inspections: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition and to identify any potential issues.
Requirements
  • Criminal Record Check: A valid criminal record check is required for this position.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the job.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required for this position.
  • Work Hours: Work a regular 30-40 hour work week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
