Educational Requirements- Completion of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
- Develop and implement effective work schedules to optimize staff productivity.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members engaged in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
- Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure that all food and service offerings meet established quality control standards.
- Maintain comprehensive records related to inventory, repairs, sales, and food wastage.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the culinary styles and offerings of the establishment.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
- Strong client focus and commitment to service excellence.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Outstanding verbal communication abilities.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
This position is categorized as a paid internship, designed to foster on-the-job training and skill enhancement.
