About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Authentic Cuisine of India Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes are washed and stored properly, and assisting with food preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, ensuring they are sanitized and ready for use
  • Place dishes in storage areas, maintaining an organized and efficient system
  • Portion and wrap foods, adhering to food safety guidelines
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and readily available
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, maintaining a clean and odor-free environment
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits, preparing them for cooking and presentation
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
Work Environment

As a Kitchen Helper at Authentic Cuisine of India Ltd, you will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and working under pressure to meet deadlines. You will be required to maintain attention to detail and work effectively as part of a team.
