Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Authentic Cuisine of India Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes are washed and stored properly, and assisting with food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and ensure they are properly stored
- Portion and wrap foods for service, and restock refrigerators and salad bars as needed
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit for preparation and presentation
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
- Reliability and a positive attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail. You will be standing for extended periods and working in a team environment.
