Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist students, faculty, and families with inquiries related to student accounts, admissions, enrollment services, and financial aid.
  • Evaluate the complexity of inquiries and provide appropriate guidance, ensuring clients receive accurate information.
  • Offer financial advice to students, identifying potential gaps and suggesting actionable solutions.
  • Facilitate the distribution of diplomas for students unable to attend ceremonies, ensuring secure handling and payment collection.
  • Support students facing unique challenges by connecting them with necessary resources and advising on procedural matters.
  • Review applications and documents for accuracy, guiding applicants on submission requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and process various forms related to student services.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and suggestions for service enhancements.
  • Contribute to the development of effective communication strategies for client outreach.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in a relevant field.
  • At least two years of experience in a client-facing role.
  • Strong knowledge of university policies and procedures.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional service in a high-pressure environment.
  • Familiarity with financial aid processes and student services.
  • Proficient in various software applications, including Microsoft Office and student management systems.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a focus on detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with a diverse audience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
  • Experience handling sensitive information with discretion.
