Job Summary

CHOWKENI RESTAURANT is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and front-of-house areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality control.

Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff

Oversee and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.

Inventory Management and Reporting

Estimate and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage are maintained.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Administrative Tasks

Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate records and providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.

Work Environment and Requirements

Permanent position with a regular schedule.
