Food Service Supervisor

At Haru fusion cuisine, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning.
- Food Order Summaries: Prepare detailed summaries of food orders for our chef, ensuring that all requirements are met.
- Delivery and Scheduling: Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, establishing work schedules to ensure seamless service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
