Your Role and Responsibilities:

Investment Evaluation and Execution:

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities, including industry trends and competitor performance.
  • Develop comprehensive financial models to illustrate both historical and projected financial outcomes for target companies.
  • Prepare detailed commercial and operational due diligence reports.
  • Assess the financial returns and associated risks of new investment prospects.
  • Create internal presentations to communicate investment findings and recommendations.

Portfolio Management:

  • Analyze the operational and financial performance of existing portfolio companies.
  • Collaborate with management teams to identify and execute strategic acquisitions.
  • Assist in managing capital structures, including refinancing and budgeting processes.
  • Support financial reporting initiatives to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Engage in various operational projects alongside management as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, preferably in Business or Finance.
  • Previous internship experience in investment banking, equity research, management consulting, or private equity is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities.
