Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at J Inc. as a key member of our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Provide coaching and training to sales representatives to improve their sales skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Strong sales and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform business decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
