We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team at J Inc.
Job Summary:The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, managing sales operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage sales operations, including inventory management, sales forecasting, and sales reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales and customer service operations.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
The Sales Supervisor will work in a head office environment with a team of sales representatives.
