About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our team at Wawanesa. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing, documenting, testing, and supporting system solutions to meet business stakeholder requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct analysis, design, and documentation of system and business requirements for application enhancements and projects.
  • Communicate system solutions in business and technical terms.
  • Collaborate with multiple functions to ensure quality software.
  • Create test cases based on requirements documentation and defect resolutions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Five years' experience performing systems or business analysis.
  • Advanced analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize a busy workload.
  • Advanced attention to detail skills to produce high-quality deliverables that account for all areas involved.
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills, with the ability to develop and implement plans by prioritizing and multi-tasking.
  • Experience in agile practices, scrum, kanban, and continuous delivery.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in ESB middleware, along with the Mulesoft platform and knowledge in GIS (Guidewire Insurance Systems), is considered an advantage. Experience in SQL, Excel, data profiling, and analysis skills is also considered an asset. Knowledge and experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
