Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with finance business partners across various manufacturing locations to provide insights into labor and overhead processes and outcomes.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes, including variance analysis.
  • Assist with internal and external audits for multiple manufacturing sites.
  • Recommend and implement appropriate controls to assess and mitigate financial risks.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, controls, and procedures.
  • Oversee a team of six financial analysts and support their professional development.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with ten years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles.
  • Possession of a professional accounting designation (CPA) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • A keen interest in enhancing and developing business processes.
  • A collaborative team player demonstrating innovation, leadership, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Power BI is advantageous.
  • Bilingual proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
