About the Role:
This is a fully remote position, and we welcome candidates from various regions.
We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations related to marketing and growth initiatives. This pivotal leadership role will provide essential financial insights and support to our marketing, client engagement, compliance, and go-to-market teams, ensuring the overall financial stability of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in financial planning and analysis, with a keen focus on marketing and client-centric metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strong business relationships across Marketing, Client Engagement, Compliance, and other departments to foster collaboration and drive results.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Data teams to establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Assist leadership in capacity planning and scenario modeling through detailed financial analysis.
- Work with cross-functional teams to manage resources, marketing initiatives, and expenditures.
- Analyze financial performance, identifying trends and providing insights to refine forecasts and address potential concerns.
- Act as a strategic finance partner across various client segments and product lines, contributing to comprehensive financial forecasting.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- Over 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or strategic finance, particularly in supporting marketing functions.
- Previous experience in managing teams is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and a passion for cryptocurrency.
- Experience working in global organizations.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of management and work collaboratively.
- Proficient in communicating complex financial concepts effectively.
- Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
- Expertise in financial modeling and proficiency in G-suite applications.
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative analytical approach.
