Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate III to join our team at Tapestry, Inc. As a Sales Associate III, you will play a critical role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in our retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales and Revenue Growth
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service
    • Deliver personalized and attentive service to customers, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience
    • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive loyalty and repeat business
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure a high level of operational efficiency, maintaining a clean and organized store environment
    • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer returns, exchanges, and other sales-related tasks
  • Team Collaboration and Development
    • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
    • Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Experience
    • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
    • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of cash register systems and mobile POS
