The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our Infrastructure Team in Calgary, AB. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating our prioritized Infrastructure roadmap and backlog, ensuring we meet our business objectives. You'll work closely with stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of our product stack and bring high-impact opportunities to our platform product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the charge in creating our prioritized Infrastructure roadmap and backlog
  • Write effective user stories by gathering and articulating complex requirements
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product stack from technical, operations, business, and finance perspectives
  • Analyze build vs buy options and collaborate with vendors and partners to develop integration and deployment plans
  • Bring stakeholders together to ensure non-functional requirements are met
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies to ensure the team knows what they're doing and why
  • Analyze data, troubleshoot problems, build documents, and participate in quality assurance

  • Experience in business analysis, management consulting, or engineering
