Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Big & Small Renovations as a Bookkeeper. This role is essential for maintaining the financial integrity of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Management: Calculate and prepare payroll cheques accurately and on time.
  • Financial Record Maintenance: Keep comprehensive financial records and ensure accounts are balanced.
  • Journal Entries: Post journal entries and generate necessary financial reports.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare tax returns and manage trial balances efficiently.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and oversee payables and receivables.
  • Invoice Preparation: Prepare invoices and manage bank deposits.
Qualifications
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
Employment Details
  • Type: Permanent position.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required.
  • Working Hours: 30 hours per week.
