Job Title: Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist

Global Pharma Tek is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality of our software products.
  • Identify and report defects to the development team, providing detailed documentation and reproduction steps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and project management, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software products.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for process improvements and tool enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on testing and quality assurance.
  • Proven experience with defect tracking tools, such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks, such as Selenium or Appium.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and report defects in a clear and concise manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Oracle Siebel CRM application and Siebel Test Automation.
  • Experience with Adobe AEM and automation tools.
  • Knowledge of Java and JavaScript programming languages.
  • Understanding of data models and SQL.
