Job Title: Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist

Global Pharma Tek is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality of our software products.
  • Identify and report defects to the development team in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of QA activities into the software development life cycle.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior QA team members.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on testing and quality assurance.
  • Proven experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium or Appium.
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies and Scrum.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL.
