About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for planning, setting up, and administering accounting systems to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare financial information for individuals, departments, or companies, and develop and maintain cost findings, reporting, and internal control procedures.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and reports, and analyze financial documents and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Accounting Systems Administration: Plan, set up, and administer accounting systems to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Financial Recommendations: Recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices to enhance financial performance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
