About FYidoctors

Our doctor-led approach has enabled us to rapidly grow from 30 locations to over 350, and we are now seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Eyewear Sales Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring a positive and personalized experience
  • Assist patients in selecting the best eyewear options for their lifestyle and needs
  • Interpret optical prescriptions and perform frame and facial measurements to ensure correct fit and positioning of new eyewear
  • Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and medical service providers
  • Manage appointment bookings, prescription printouts, and billing and payments
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing, preferably retail environment
  • Previous optical experience is considered an asset
  • Passionate about customer service and delivering exceptional patient care
  • High level of comfort using technology and computers
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
