Work Arrangement:

Position Type/Schedule:

This role is based onsite at one of our branches. It is a full-time position, operating Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours each week.

Role Overview:

As we expand, we are introducing a new position to bolster our branch operations. The Material Handler plays a crucial role in managing the shipping, receiving, and movement of products efficiently and safely, while ensuring a well-organized warehouse environment. This position also involves assisting customers and sales personnel with inquiries regarding product availability, order quantities, and stock locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by Example: Prioritize safety and demonstrate a commitment to a safety-first culture.
  • Effective Communication: Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills within a team-oriented environment.
  • Team Player: Work independently and collaboratively to achieve success.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service by providing the best products and solutions to our customers.
  • Attention to Detail: Engage in hands-on tasks while maintaining endurance in a fast-paced setting, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Continuous Learning: While previous warehouse experience is beneficial, we provide regular training to help you master our innovative technology and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of high school education
  • Proficiency in computer usage and the ability to learn new software
  • Basic math skills for simple calculations
  • Physical capability to lift 50 lbs and remain active for extended periods
  • Forklift certification
  • Commitment to inclusivity, collaboration, and respect
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving
