Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team at Lordco Auto Parts. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack orders, as well as receive and put away inventory in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to identify and report any discrepancies or damage.
  • Prepare and pack special orders for our stores and customers, adhering to company procedures.
  • Operate various equipment, including electric and manual pallet jacks, forklifts, picker trucks, conveyor systems, and walkie talkies.
  • Practice caution when working around moving machinery and follow safety protocols.
  • Utilize an online stock control system to perform specific tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform general warehouse duties, including maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Previous work experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Forklift certification is considered an asset.
  • WHMIS and Transportation of Dangerous Goods certification is an asset.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including overtime and weekends.
