Warehouse Associate Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center. Your key responsibilities include:
- Accurately picking and packing customer orders.
- Receiving and organizing incoming inventory shipments.
- Inspecting stock for any signs of wear or damage, reporting any issues promptly.
- Preparing and packaging special order requests.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (forklift certification is an asset).
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements for Success
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A flexible work schedule and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
