Job Summary:

Lorven Technologies is seeking a highly skilled SRE Production Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and reliable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SRE solutions, including monitoring and alerting, machine learning anomaly detection, self-healing, and reliability testing.
  • Simplify development by building repeatable solutions to manual tasks and enable SRE components.
  • Manage applications hosted on Azure and OpenShift, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Perform production support role, including off-hours support and rotational on-call support, to ensure seamless operation of our systems.
  • Assist in incident management and problem management for applications in scope, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain technology currency by staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of Azure, Dynatrace/ELK/Splunk for monitoring and observability, Ansible, and Catchpoint.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
