We are seeking a proficient IT-OT Network Analyst to enhance our operations at Saputo. This position demands a strong understanding of network systems and operational technology (OT) within a production setting. Candidates with a background in Cisco CCNA or similar qualifications, along with knowledge of OT systems integration with IT networks, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the organization’s network framework, encompassing LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless connectivity
  • Identify and rectify network challenges affecting both IT and OT environments
  • Evaluate network security protocols to safeguard data and systems
  • Enhance network efficiency and perform regular configuration updates
  • Maintain comprehensive records of network setups and policies
  • Ensure adherence of network infrastructure to industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with OT teams for cohesive changes and security measures

Required Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary diploma in Computer Science or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in network management
  • CCNA certification is advantageous
  • Experience in a manufacturing context is preferred
  • Knowledge of OT and industrial control systems is beneficial
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours and be on call when needed
