We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Script Care Pharmacy in Burnaby, BC. As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in supporting our pharmacy central fill operations, ensuring the efficient processing, packaging, and distribution of medications to our retail locations.
Key Responsibilities- Support day-to-day pharmacy central fill tasks, including preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution, and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals.
- Monitor and meet deadlines for prescription orders and delivery cut-off times.
- Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to set staff work schedules, monitor staff performance, and assist with recruiting, training, and supervising team members.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to questions and concerns from staff and customers.
- Manage inventory and ensure compliance with pharmacy practice and drug distribution protocols.
- Pharmacist license in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia or equivalent regulatory body.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Experience in pharmacy operations and management.
