- Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
- Operational Management: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, and authorize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
