Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration of payroll processes and systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients and their payroll providers to set up payroll feeds and verify the accuracy of test files during the conversion process.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including Project Managers, Sales, and Client Services, to facilitate smooth conversions.
  • Participating actively in both internal and external project meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Addressing escalated payroll issues that may affect implementation timelines, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Processing payrolls and serving as the primary contact for clients during their transition phase.
  • Taking ownership of payroll provider changes and acting in a project management capacity.
  • Engaging in ongoing training to remain updated on system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Contributing to the development and management of operational procedures.
  • Assisting with the setup of new plans on the recordkeeping platform as needed.
Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Experience in US Retirement, Implementation, Payroll Operations, or Client Services.
  • Project Management expertise.
  • A university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to adapt to evolving technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • A detail-oriented mindset that ensures high-quality outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce, and AWD.
