Position Overview: As the Lead Meat Specialist at VG Meats, you will be integral in ensuring superior meat preparation, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Meat Processing: Skillfully trim and prepare meats in accordance with quality benchmarks.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure freshness and quality, while managing inventory effectively.

  • Team Development: Mentor and oversee junior butchers to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in butchery.

  • Culinary certification or butcher apprenticeship is preferred.
