Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Prepare Meats: Clean meats to prepare them for processing or cutting, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Special Cuts and Orders: Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers, using your expertise to create unique and appealing products.
  • Standard Cuts and Trimming: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, adhering to our quality control procedures.
  • Meat Packaging and Weighing: Wrap and package prepared meats, ensuring accurate weighing and labeling.
  • Poultry and Meat Preparation: Cut poultry into parts, grind meats, and prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products.
  • Price and Display: Price meat products and create visually appealing displays to showcase our products.
Requirements
  • Education and Training: Will train on the job, with a focus on developing your skills and knowledge in meat processing and retail sales.
  • Work Schedule: Work a regular schedule of 35 to 45 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime as needed.
  • Language and Communication: Fluency in English is required, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
