  • Standard Cuts and Trimming: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, adhering to our quality standards.
  • Wrapping and Packaging: Wrap and package prepared meats, ensuring they are ready for sale and meet our quality standards.
  • Weighing and Pricing: Weigh meats for sale and price meat products accurately, maintaining our pricing strategy.
  • Poultry Preparation: Cut poultry into parts, meeting customer demands and our quality standards.
  • Meat Displays: Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products, enhancing our store's visual appeal.
  • Work Term and Hours: Work a permanent schedule, with 35 to 45 hours per week, ensuring our store's operations run smoothly.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train, with a focus on developing your skills and knowledge in meat cutting and processing.
