Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients, agencies, and internal departments to ensure seamless print production
  • Manage all aspects of print production, including prepress, print, bindery, finishing, and packaging
  • Establish and maintain quality control standards to ensure work meets customer branding standards and specifications
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Provide expert advice on print manufacturing processes, including size, quantity, paper, finishing, and delivery methods
Requirements
  • Technical or community college diploma in business communications, graphics communication, print purchasing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in a similar role, with expertise in print production and business communication
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with experience using ERP software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Understanding of quality and ISO processes, with experience managing concurrent deliverables and tasks
