Job Title: Early Childhood Supervisor

Best Amigos Forever Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Supervisor to join our team. As an Early Childhood Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our child care programs, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess children's development and create personalized learning plans.
  • Supervise staff, trainees, and volunteers to ensure high-quality care and education.
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Lead activities, such as storytelling, teaching songs, and taking children on outings.
  • Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs and keeping records.
  • Encourage children's creativity through art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity.
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents and guardians.
Requirements:
  • Child Development Supervisor (ECE Level 3) certification.
  • Child Development Worker (ECE Level 2) certification.
  • Emergency Child Care First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Criminal record check and vulnerable sector check.
