Mechanical Project Manager

Saxon Mechanical Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of mechanical projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, identifying critical path activities to ensure timely completion.
- Budget and Deadlines: Monitor project finances, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and meeting deadlines.
- On-Site Coordination: Collaborate closely with Foremen and Superintendents, providing clear direction and support.
- Change Management: Handle additional work requests and changes, submitting accurate quotes and coordinating drawings.
- Adaptability: Be prepared to tackle other duties as needed to maintain project momentum.
- 5-10 years of combined industry experience.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet/exceed expectations.
- Familiarity with mechanical contracting and associated components from both HVAC and plumbing.
- Approachable and professional with customers.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Suite.
A competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, depending on experience.
