Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of our mechanical projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to critical path activities.
  • Budget and Deadlines: Monitor project finances and ensure budgetary constraints are met, while maintaining a watchful eye on deadlines.
  • On-Site Coordination: Collaborate closely with Foremen and Superintendents, providing clear direction and support to ensure project success.
  • Change Management: Handle additional work requests and changes, submitting accurate quotes and coordinating drawings as needed.
  • Adaptability: Be prepared to tackle other duties as required to maintain project momentum.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of combined industry experience in mechanical contracting and associated components.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed expectations.
  • Familiarity with mechanical contracting and associated components from both HVAC and plumbing.
  • Approachable and professional with customers, with some previous experience with Microsoft Suite.
