About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Project Manager to join our team. As the main liaison between stakeholders, our office, project sites, and our dedicated crew, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, emphasizing critical path activities to ensure timely completion.
- Budget and Deadlines: Monitor project finances and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and meeting deadlines.
- On-Site Coordination: Collaborate closely with Foremen and Superintendents, providing clear direction and support.
- Change Management: Handle additional work requests and changes, submitting accurate quotes and coordinating drawings.
- Financial Tracking: Monitor job costs and prepare insightful reports for review by the Ownership Group.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of combined industry experience.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet/exceed expectations.
- Familiarity with mechanical contracting and associated components from both HVAC and plumbing.
- Detail-oriented, able to work independently, and work well in a team.
- Approachable and professional with customers.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Suite.
