Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, hallways, and staircases.
  • Regularly empty waste bins and manage waste disposal.
  • Conduct minor repairs on heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Coordinate with contractors for larger repair projects.
  • Assist in moving heavy furniture and equipment as needed.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting and drywall repairs.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and functionality of bathrooms and fixtures.
  • Manage snow and ice removal during winter months.
Requirements:
  • Must be available for shift work or on-call duties.
  • No student status is permitted for this position.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is required.

  • This is a permanent position with a commitment of 32 to 40 hours per week.
