About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hot Air Balloon Pilot to join our team at Sundance Balloons (2008) Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and successful execution of our hot air balloon flights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Flight Operations: Operate hot air balloons in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections on all equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our passengers, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the flight.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our ground crew and other team members to ensure seamless flight operations.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in hot air balloon operations.
  • Certifications: Hot Air Balloon Pilot Licence is required.
  • Physical Demands: The role requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and working in hot environments.
