Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hot Air Balloon Pilot to join our team at Sundance Balloons (2008) Ltd. As a Hot Air Balloon Pilot, you will be responsible for operating our hot air balloons, ensuring the safety of our passengers, and providing an exceptional flying experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate hot air balloons, ensuring safe and efficient flight operations.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment, including communication devices and navigation systems.
  • Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for passengers.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure passenger satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Hot Air Balloon Pilot Licence.
  • 2 years of experience in hot air balloon operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work at heights.
