Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hot Air Balloon Pilot to join our team at Sundance Balloons (2008) Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating our hot air balloons, ensuring the safety of our passengers, and providing an exceptional experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate hot air balloons in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of our hot air balloons, including regular inspections and repairs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all passengers have a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our flights and tours.
Requirements
  • Hot Air Balloon Pilot Licence
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the hot air balloon industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Work Environment

As a Hot Air Balloon Pilot, you will be working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including hot temperatures. You will also be required to work at heights and handle heavy loads.
