We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Human Resources team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This position reports to the Human Resources Leader for Irving Business Services and supports our Corporate teams across various functions including Finance, Supply Chain, Communications, HR, Legal, Real Estate, and Irving Air, all from our Head Office in Saint John, New Brunswick.

As the ideal candidate, you possess a strong enthusiasm for sourcing and identifying talent to enhance our team, thriving in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment efforts for Irving Business Services
  • Manage the Student Recruitment Program for Irving Business Services
  • Ensure a Positive Candidate Experience
  • Establish robust social networks to promote career opportunities
  • Utilize Social & Digital Campaigns to Enhance Employment Brand and Attract Qualified Candidates
  • Foster Strong Relationships with hiring managers and leaders
  • Develop a Comprehensive Understanding of Roles within Irving Business Services
  • Track and Maintain Recruitment Metrics

  • Prior Recruitment Experience
  • Strong Networking Skills with a Customer-Centric Approach

  • Able to Manage Multiple Priorities in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Software is an asset
