Barista/Cashier Specialist

We are a boutique specialty food store that carries a variety of hot and chilled beverages, fresh baked goods, specialty grocery items, and various prepared foods, including catering. Our goal is to provide exceptional quality and service to our customers, and we are looking for the right team members to help us achieve this.
Responsibilities and Duties- We are seeking experienced Barista/Cashiers to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidates will have 1+ years of experience and require little training.
- Maintain a fully stocked, clean station that is consistently in proper running order.
- Self-manage quantity control, noting products needed for proper functioning of the front of house.
- Work efficiently with strong multi-tasking skills.
- Bring creativity and new ideas to the beverage menu(s).
- Provide support to management, answering customer questions and taking catering orders.
- Operate a P.O.S system when cashing out customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience as a Barista, 1+ years.
- High degree of professionalism.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and attentive to details required to fulfill the customers' experience.
- Ability to be flexible with shifts and work well in an ever-changing environment.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently when required and with the rest of the team.
