We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at The Richmond Academy of Dance Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team and ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing and distributing meeting minutes, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Assist with the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Employee Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing welcome packages, setting up benefits, and providing orientation.
  • HR Systems and Processes: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our HR systems, including employee data, benefits, and performance management.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between employees, management, and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and communication.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
