Job Title: Security Guard

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard to join our team at World Exchange Plaza in Ottawa. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facility, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol the facility on foot to detect and prevent potential security threats
  • Greet visitors and staff with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Ensure compliance with QuadReal policy, directives, and regulations
  • Monitor activities and respond to incidents in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with investigations by gathering information and completing incident reports
  • Respond to emergency situations, including fire, evacuations, and medical emergencies
Requirements:
  • Valid Security License for the province of Ontario
  • Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C certification
  • Ability to clear a Vulnerable Sector Check
  • 6+ months of security experience required
  • Bilingualism in English/French is considered an asset
