About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Account Manager to join our team at Acosta. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Sales Execution: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, negotiate and close deals, and ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience in a related industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in CRM software.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
