  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop strategic solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce configuration, development, and testing.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects and initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • OmniStudio/Vlocity Certified Developer certification.
  • Salesforce Application Architect Certification.
  • Experience with mobile app development and responsive frameworks.
