Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage projects related to building structures;
  • Lead initiatives in renovation, construction, or property development;
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines;
  • Engage in the design and drafting of technical plans and specifications;
  • Supervise structural design processes and review engineering plans;
  • Prepare detailed expert reports;
  • Assist in the development of service proposals;
  • Estimate project quantities and associated costs;
  • Serve as a primary resource for property project management;
  • Contribute to business growth and operational management;

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering;
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, primarily in structural engineering;
  • Membership in the Quebec Order of Engineers is essential;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Completion of construction site safety training (CSST);
  • Experience in consulting engineering is advantageous;
  • Background in real estate project management is a plus;
  • Fluency in French and working knowledge of English;
  • Basic skills in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or InRoad are beneficial;
